#### עוגת יוגורט לימון
הלימון פה לא משתלט, אלא נותן רעננות נקייה שמאזנת את הסוכר. היוגורט שומר על פירור רך ולח, כזה שנשאר טוב גם יום אחרי (אם נשאר). זאת עוגה שקל להתאהב בה, וגם ילדים, כולל כאלה שחשדנים כלפי לימון, מחסלים פרוסה כזאת בלי שאלות. אל תוותרו על גרידת הלימון, היא זו שנותנת את הארומה, לא החמיצות. אבקת סוכר מעל זה בונוס, אבל היא עומדת לגמרי גם בלי קישוטים.

#### עוגת לימון רכה עם ציפוי
השילוב בין חמאה לשמן נותן גם טעם וגם רכות, והשמנת החמוצה והחלב מוסיפים עומק בלי כובד. הלימון כאן נוכח וברור, אבל לא חזק מדי ואז מגיע הציפוי, שסוגר פינה עם חמיצות מתוקה ומדויקת. שימו לב שהציפוי נכנס כשהעוגה פושרת: ככה הוא נספג קצת ויוצר שכבה מושלמת.
