אנחנו באופן אישי מרכלים נהדר גם על סתם כוס קפה או תה, ואפילו אם לא מגישים לנו כלום - כנראה שנצליח לרכל לא רע בכלל. אבל זאת לא סיבה להתעלם מהטרנד הנוכחי, שגורס שהרכילות העסיסית ביותר נעשית מעל צלחת רוגלך. אז הנה שני מתכונים למשקיענים, ועוד אחד לעצלנים

#### רוזלך של קרן אגם

זה המתכון הקבוע שלנו לרוזלך, ואף שבמקור הוא עם מלית לוטוס - אנחנו גילינו שאנחנו מעדיפים אותו עם ממרח שוקולד. אתכם על כל פנים זה כמובן לא מחייב. רק שימו לב, זה לא מתכון של שגר ושכח וגם לא משהו שמתקתקים בעשר דקות - מדובר בבצק שמרים שדורש התפחה אחת של שעתיים ואז עוד אחת קצרה יותר, והאפייה היא קצרצרה (4-7 דקות) וחייבת להיות מדויקת, אחרת כל הרכות תתפספס. מאחר שמדובר בקינוח שזוללים מיד, תכנון הזמנים כאן הוא משמעותי.

עכשיו, אחרי שהלחצנו, אנחנו יכולים לומר בפה מלא שהתוצאה שווה כל שנייה.

#### רוזלך של עדיקוש

וזה המתכון של עדיקוש - עדי קלינגהופר - הפעם כזה בניחוח קינמוני. השלבים דומים וגם הזמנים, ההבדל העיקרי הוא שכאן הבצק ממותק מעט (כף סוכר אחת על חצי קילו קמח, זה מאוד מעט), בעוד שהמתכון הקודם עובד יותר על הקונטרסט בין המתיקות של המילוי לשקט המוחלט של הבצק. מה אנחנו מעדיפים? קשה לומר, את אלה וגם את אלה אנחנו מחסלים בלי להביט לאחור, עם רכילות ברקע או בלי. 

שימו לב, אפשר להכין את הרוזלך ולהקפיא, אבל זה צריך להיות מיד כשהם יוצאים מהתנור, בעודם חמימים. כשמגיעה העת להפשיר מחממים 10 דקות ב-150 מעלות.
