הקפאת [בננות](http://www.mako.co.il/ChannelTagit/tagName=%D7%91%D7%A0%D7%A0%D7%95%D7%AA&vgnextoid=c7250a2610f26110VgnVCM1000005201000aRCRD) היא דרך מעולה לשמור על בננות מיותרות או בשלות מדי לאכילה, לשימוש מאוחר יותר. אפשר לעשות איתן כמעט הכל – לאפות, להקפיץ, לטחון לגלידה, רק לא להפשיר ולאכול כמו שהן.
הקפאה – ניתן לאחסן את הבננות במקפיא כמו שהן עם הקליפה, מאחר והיא שומרת על בשר הפרי מריחות המקפיא וכוויות קור. עוד דרך היא לקלף, לחתוך ולשים אותן בשקית "זיפ לוק" וכך לאחסנן במקפיא. הבננות ישמרו במקפיא חודשים רבים.
הפשרה – בתוך קערה על השיש, במשך כשעתיים, או במיקרו למשך 2-3 דקות.

#### **ארטיק שוקו בננה ביתי**
ממתק קפוא, שוקולדי ופריך.
מרכיבים (6 יחידות):
3 בננות
כוס שוקולד (מריר, חלב, לבן, שוקולד צ'יפס – מה שאתם אוהבים)
לציפוי: אגוזים, שקדים, בוטנים, סוכריות צבעוניות – שוב, מה שאתם אוהבים
אופן ההכנה
1\. חתכו בננה לרוחב לשני חלקים.
2\. הכניסו מקל ארטיק או שיפוד עד חצי הדרך אל תוך הבננה.
3\. הניחו את הבננות המשופדות על צלחת, או תבנית מרופדת בנייר אפייה והקפיאו למשך כשעה-שעתיים.
4\. המיסו את השוקולד.
5\. טבלו את הבננה בשוקולד המומס, או מרחו אותו מסביב לבננה בעזרת מרית.
6\. צפו בציפוי האהוב עליכם.

גם טעימה, גם טבעית וגם דלת קלוריות.
חתכו בננות בשלות ורכות לחתיכות גסות, הכניסו לשקית נקייה והקפיאו למשך כמה שעות.
טחנו את הבננות הקפואות במעבד מזון עד לקבלת מסה רכה וחלקה.

מרכיבים (20 מנות):
100 גרם מרגרינה (או חמאה)
2 ביצים
1 ורבע כוסות סוכר
2 כוסות קמח + שקית אבקת אפייה (או פשוט 2 כוסות קמח תופח)
3 בננות בשלות מעוכות
3 כפות שבבי [שוקולד](http://www.mako.co.il/Tagit&tagName=%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%9C%D7%93) או שוקולד צ'יפס שקונים מוכן
כלים:
קערה עמוקה וגדולה
מיקסר (אפשר ידני) עם וו לישה
סיר קטן להמסה של המרגרינה
2 תבניות אינגליש קייק או תבנית עגולה בגודל 24
אופן ההכנה:
1\. מחממים תנור ל-180 מעלות.
2\. ממיסים בסיר קטן על אש נמוכה את המרגרינה או את החמאה.
3\. מכניסים לקערה/מיקסר את הביצים, הסוכר, הקמח (ואבקת האפייה), הבננות המעוכות והשוקולד, ומוסיפים את המרגרינה או החמאה המומסת.
4\. מערבלים הכל, או לחלופין לשים עם הידיים. זה קצת נדבק, אז תמיד כדאי שיהיו ניירות סופגים או מגבונים לחים שינקו את הידיים שלכם כשאתם רוצים להמשיך הלאה.
5\. כשהעיסה הופכת לתערובת אחידה ונוזלית (טיפה גסה בגלל הבננות, אבל ככה זה צריך להיות), מעבירים לתבנית.
6\. מכניסים לתנור ל-40 דקות. אם אתם לא בטוחים בדיוק של חום התנור שלכם, מומלץ לערוך את מבחן הקיסם כבר אחרי 35 דקות: נועצים קיסם עץ במרכז העוגה. אם הוא יוצא עם תערובת עליו, העוגה צריכה עוד כמה דקות. העוגה מוכנה כאשר הקיסם יוצא לח.
7\. מכבים את התנור, ואחרי שתיים-שלוש דקות מוציאים את העוגה, שלא תתייבש. המהדרין בוזקים מעל אבקת סוכר דרך מסננת קטנה, אבל העוגה מתוקה וטעימה גם בלי הקישוט הקלורי הזה.

קלוריות.חתכו בננות בשלות ורכות לחתיכות גסות, הכניסו לשקית נקייה והקפיאו למשך כמה שעות.טחנו את הבננות הקפואות במעבד מזון עד לקבלת מסה רכה וחלקה.לא מתחשק לכם ממתק קפוא? יש לנו פתרון גם לזה. עוגת בננות – תנור ל-180 מעלות.2. ממיסים בסיר קטן על אש נמוכה את המרגרינה או את החמאה.3. מכניסים לקערה/מיקסר את הביצים, הסוכר, הקמח (ואבקת האפייה), הבננות המעוכות והשוקולד, ומוסיפים את המרגרינה או החמאה המומסת.4. מערבלים הכל, או לחלופין לשים עם הידיים. זה קצת נדבק, אז תמיד כדאי שיהיו ניירות סופגים או מגבונים לחים שינקו את הידיים שלכם כשאתם רוצים להמשיך הלאה.5. כשהעיסה הופכת לתערובת אחידה ונוזלית (טיפה גסה בגלל הבננות, אבל ככה זה צריך להיות), מעבירים לתבנית.6. מכניסים לתנור ל-40 דקות. אם אתם לא בטוחים בדיוק של חום התנור שלכם, מומלץ לערוך את מבחן הקיסם כבר אחרי 35 דקות: נועצים קיסם עץ במרכז העוגה. אם הוא יוצא
