מי שנותן לעונת השזיפים לחלוף בלי להכין את העוגה הזאת לפחות פעם אחת - באמת שאין לנו מה להגיד לו. מלמטה ומלמעלה בצק פריך, באמצע שכבה חמצמצה-מתוקה של שזיפים ועוד אחת של מרנג. החלמונים בבצק, החלבונים בשכבת הקצף, כלום לא מתבזבז.

#### עוגת גבינה שאין מי שלא יאהב
עוגת גבינה אוורירית בטעם של פעם, שמבוססת על גבינה לבנה (לא שמנה) עם חלבונים מוקצפים, אינסטנט פודינג וקורנפלור (בלי קמח). מלמעלה יש קרם וניל פשוט ובסיסי, ועליו שוקולד מגורר, כי למה לא בעצם.

#### עוגת תפוחים שתמיד נגמרת
יש לנו הרגשה שכבר נחשפתם לעוגת התפוחים הזאת, אולי אפילו בראש השנה האחרון. היא פשוט הפכה לאורחת קבועה בהמון המון בתים, והאמת שזה מעמד שלגמרי מגיע לה. קלה ממש, סוגרת פיקס את הפינה של הקפה של הבוקר או אחר הצהריים.

#### מאפה קרם שקדים ותפוחים
מהמתכונים היותר ותיקים של קרין גורן, עוד מהימים שבהם לא הייתה מוכרת בכל בית. אין כאן קמח אלא מעין קרם שקדים מחוזק בקורנפלור, כך שהמתכון מתאים גם לצליאקים (צריך רק למצוא פתרון לקימוח התבנית, אבל כל קמח ללא גלוטן יעבוד). פינוק אישי רב קסם.

#### עוגת שבת נוטפת מייפל
עוגה בחושה קלה קלה, ללא מוצרי חלב כך שיכולה להתאים לשומרי הכשרות גם אחרי ארוחה בשרית. למעלה יש ציפוי של אגוזים וקינמון, ועליו מזלפים אחרי האפייה כמות נאה של מייפל, שהופכת את העוגה לשחיתות אמיתית.

היום האופציות השתכללו, העוגיות התעשייתיות נושלו ממעמדן, אבל קרמוגית ביתית היא עדיין אחד הפינוקים שאנחנו מתים עליהם.קרמוגית - עוגיות וניל במילוי נוטלהמאפה קרם שקדים ותפוחיםמהמתכונים היותר ותיקים של קרין גורן, עוד מהימים שבהם לא הייתה מוכרת בכל בית. אין כאן קמח אלא מעין קרם שקדים מחוזק בקורנפלור, כך שהמתכון מתאים גם לצליאקים (צריך רק למצוא פתרון לקימוח התבנית, אבל כל קמח ללא גלוטן יעבוד). פינוק
