חודש הסיכומים לשנת 2022 החל, ובתוכו גם נבחרו תמונות הנוף הכי יפות השנה - INTERNATIONAL LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR, בתחרות שנערכה באוסטרליה. והזוכים הם
בתחרות חולקו שלל פרסים בקטגוריות שונות, כשהשניים המרכזיים שבהם הוענקו ל"צלם הנוף של השנה עבור סדרת תמונות" ול"צלם הנוף של השנה עבור תמונה בודדת". בפרס המרכזי זכה Benjamin Briones מצ'ילה ששלח לתחרות ארבע תמונות וזכה במקום הראשון. התמונה הכי יפה של השנה שייכת ל-Martin Broen מארצות הברית. כל אחד מהם זכה גם ב-10 אלף דולר.
