העוגה הכושית של pirge
לתבנית התנור, או תבנית 28 עגולה, או 4 תבניות אינגליש קייק קצרות
המרכיבים (20 מנות):
לעוגה:
1 כוס אבקת קקאו גדושה מאוד
4 כוסות קמח רגיל
1/2 1 שקיות אבקת אפייה
1/2 2 כוסות סוכר
5 [ביצים](http://www.mako.co.il/food-cooking_school/classes-eggs) טרופות
1/4 1 כוסות שמן קנולה
1/2 2 כוסות מים פושרים
לציפוי:
מיכל שמנת מתוקה רגילה או פרווה
150 גרם [שוקולד](http://www.mako.co.il/Tagit&tagName=%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%9C%D7%93) מריר שבור לקוביות
אופן ההכנה:
1\. מחממים תנור ל-175 מעלות.
2\. מערבבים יחד את כל מרכיבי העוגה עד לקבלת בלילה אחידה.
3\. משמנים את התבנית, יוצקים את הבלילה לתוכה ואופים למשך 35 דקות עד שקיסם שנכנס לעוגה יוצא יבש.
4\. להכנת הציפוי: מרתיחים בסיר שמנת מתוקה, יוצקים על קוביות השוקולד ומערבבים. מחוררים את העוגה, ושופכים עליה את הרוטב החם.

#### עוגת שוקולד עסיסית של bali
תבנית עגולה מספר 26 או 24
המרכיבים (20 מנות):
לעוגה:
1 כוס שמן
4 ביצים
2 כוסות סוכר
1/2 כוס אבקת קקאו
כוס קמח תופח, או קמח רגיל + כפית אבקת אפייה
חצי מיכל שמנת מתוקה/שמנת לבישול/חצי כוס חלב (או שמנת צמחית/מיץ תפוזים/מים אם רוצים פרווה)
לציפוי:
1 חבילה [שוקולד](http://www.mako.co.il/Tagit&tagName=%D7%A9%D7%95%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%9C%D7%93) מריר
החצי השני של השמנת המתוקה/שמנת לבישול/50 גרם מרגרינה לגרסה פרווה
אופן ההכנה:
1\. מחממים תנור ל-170 מעלות.
2\. מערבבים במיקסר את השמן, הביצים, הסוכר, הקקאו והקמח התופח.
3\. מוסיפים 1/2 מיכל שמנת מתוקה ומערבבים.
4\. שופכים לתבנית משומנת קלות ואופים למשך 30-40 דקות. בודקים בעזרת קיסם - אם הוא יוצא יבש העוגה מוכנה.
5\. להכנת הציפוי: מרתיחים את יתרת השמנת במיקרוגל או בסיר קטן. שוברים את השוקולד בקערה ומוזגים מעליו את השמנת הרותחת. מערבבים היטב לקבלת לציפוי שוקולד חלק ומבריק. שופכים על העוגה כשהציפוי עדיין חם והעוגה חמה גם כן.

6\. כשהעוגה מתקררת קצת, מכסים בניילון נצמד או נייר כסף ושומרים במקרר.

#### עוגת שוקולד פשוטה של איילת מבשלת
3 תבניות אינגליש קייק
המרכיבים (30 מנות):
3 כוסות קמח רגיל
2 כוסות סוכר
3 ביצים שלמות
2 כוסות מים
3/4 כוס שמן (אפשר קצת פחות)
1/2 1 שקיות אבקת אפייה
1/2 כפית סודה לשתייה
2-3 כפות קקאו (לפי הטעם והמרירות הרצויה)
אופן ההכנה:
1\. מחממים תנור ל-170 מעלות.
2\. מערבבים יחד את כל המרכיבים (לא יותר מדי).
3\. יוצקים את הבלילה לתבנית אפייה משומנת ואופים למשך 45 דקות.
